Application refers to Work Diary (Conta Ponto), the software program provided by the Developer.
Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to the creator of the Application.
Device means any device that can access the Application such as a mobile phone or digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.
The Application does not require You to provide any Personal Data.
The only User-Provided Information collected by the Application is the information You provide directly when creating records of your daily work schedule.
All information is stored locally on your Device within the Application's private folder.
Date exported by You via Report and Backup functionalities can be shared using any sharing method available to your Device, only if you choose to do so.
You can delete all User-Provided Information by uninstalling the Application from your device.
Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
Our Application may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third-party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
